Licence to use the tools

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the free tools available on this Site for your own trading education. You may not resell, sublicense, rebrand or claim authorship of any tool, indicator, EA or article published here. Indicators published unlisted on TradingView remain the intellectual property of MST / Maa Sharda Trading; the “protected” source flag on TradingView must not be circumvented.

No warranty

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability of the Site or any content on it. Backtest results, AI analyses, calculator outputs and third-party data may contain errors or omissions.

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MST Trading Tools, Maa Sharda Trading and their affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site — including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, downtime, data loss or reliance on any information published.
